We believe in building tools you love — not just features you pay for. That's why we offer a generous, no-questions-asked refund policy.

If BeauSnap doesn't make your workflow faster, prettier, or more professional — we'll give you your money back. No fine print. No hassle.

2. Free Trial

You can try all premium features for 14 days free. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your account will automatically revert to limited functionality — and you won't be charged.

No credit card required to start.

3. Paid Plans — Full Refunds Within 7 Days

If you purchase a one-time ($49) or yearly ($29) plan and decide it's not right for you — you have 7 full days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

This applies whether you bought it yesterday or two days ago. We don't care if you used it once or 100 times. If you're not thrilled, you get your money back.

4. How to Request a Refund

It's simple:

1. Email us at support@beausnap.com
2. Include your order ID or email address used at checkout
3. Let us know why you're leaving — we'd love to hear it (and improve)

We'll process your refund within 24 hours. The money will return to your original payment method. No forms. No surveys. Just a quick "thanks for giving us a shot."

5. What We Don't Refund

The only exception is if you've already requested a refund previously for the same account or purchased multiple licenses under the same email. We're fair, but we're also human.

Also — since our service works entirely in your browser with no server-side storage of your screenshots, we cannot refund for "accidentally deleted work." Always export your creations!
