By accessing or using BeauSnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

BeauSnap allows users to upload screenshots and apply visual enhancements such as backgrounds, shadows, glows, and 3D effects. You retain all rights to your original content. However, by uploading content to BeauSnap, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your screenshots solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission
• Use BeauSnap to generate misleading or deceptive visuals
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for automated scraping, spam, or bot activity

3. Screenshot Functionality

BeauSnap provides tools that allow you to capture screenshots directly through our website interface. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to capture, upload, or process using our service.

When using BeauSnap's screenshot functionality, you must ensure that:

• You have the legal right to capture and use the content displayed on your screen
• You do not capture sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information without authorization
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding content capture and usage
• You respect the intellectual property rights of others

BeauSnap is not liable for any misuse of the screenshot functionality or any consequences arising from the content you choose to capture or distribute.

4. Intellectual Property

BeauSnap owns all rights to the software, design, trademarks, logos, and user interface elements of this platform. The visual effects, templates, and backgrounds provided are licensed for personal and commercial use with your uploaded content — but may not be extracted, resold, or redistributed independently.

Your exported images remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your final creations.

5. Free Trial & Paid Plans

We offer a 14-day free trial of all premium features. After the trial ends, your account will revert to limited functionality unless you purchase a plan.

Our one-time ($49) and yearly ($29) plans provide permanent access to all features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeauSnap is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability of exported images for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
